Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging unopened. Return of partial order is not eligible.

Clearance sale Items are not eligible for Return or Exchange.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting it, we will inform you on your eligibility for refund. If you are eligible for refund, please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will be happy to exchange it for a new one. Please contact our Customer Support team within 3 days of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and any accessories.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is dispatched. If your order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
